Bulk RenamerandCursor a6339467d4 Release v1.0.10: Jellyfin multi-episode file naming (S01E01-E02). 
Match TheTVDB combined-order titles and rename to official aired episode ranges for files that contain two episodes in one video.

Bulk RenamerandCursor 69f759b6ce Fix TheTVDB matching for 04x01 filenames and add all-seasons mode. 
Parse NxNN and SxxExx layouts, match across every season when season is 0, and rewrite season plus episode numbers.

Bulk RenamerandCursor 085d6dc296 Add TheTVDB episode title matching and release v1.0.3. 
Match filenames to TheTVDB episode order (default, aired, DVD, etc.) to fix chaotic SxxExx numbering while preserving titles.
