Use the Fractured Launcher download/update flow, or copy `Wow.exe` plus `patch-enUS-4.MPQ` through `patch-enUS-9.MPQ` into a 3.3.5a client.
- patch-enUS-4.MPQ was compacted from a clean rebuild to remove stale in-place MPQ replacement sectors while preserving current content.
